Thailand

To say Thailand is average would be like saying 'travelling is rubbish' and 'we hate going on holiday'. It's practically illegal; this place is the life and soul of Asia's backpacking scene! (It's perfect for first time travellers, and is basically just a whole lotta fun).

We like Bangkok. It gives us the chance to swat up and get all cultural at temples, learn about the incredible Thai culture and hoover up a load of street food from snazzy stalls (pad thai is our absolute favourite!). The nightlife is difficult to even put down in words - it's BIG, and basically just the best thing ever and the hustle and bustle is what makes this city truly unique. All Thai adventures need to start in the big city; see you there?

Looking to give something back to the local communities whilst  you're away? Good on you, Real Gapper! Rural Thailand is surrounded by a load of things that'll take your breathe away, imagine: mountains, jungles, lakes.... general green. It's enough to make even Braveheart weep.

Last but not least, no trip to Thailand would be complete without a bit of serious beach time! Koh Phangan is the home of all things full moon party (get us to that party now!) and Koh Tao was basically plonked on this earth for diving. Trust us, it's the spot! In between all of that jazz you can sit back, relax and put your feet up with a cocktail. Bliss.

In short, we're pretty convinced that if you haven't seen Thailand, you haven't lived. Full Moon parties are basically the best things that have ever existed, pad thai is one
