This varied programme will get you involved in elephant conservation as well as community development on the beautiful island of Sri Lanka. Work with the local people to improve education and promote the work of the project in improved elephant care and conservation.

Assist in this local community which is still suffering the effects of the 2004 Tsunami in South East Asia. You will be concentrating on the welfare of the local women and children; improving their knowledge and skills in order to earn a better living.

Work with the local community on this worthwhile volunteering programme. You'll help to conserve and protect turtles in Sri Lanka and assist cleaning, feeding and releasing the turtles and increase their chances of survival and you'll also teach conversational English to the locals to enable them a brighter future.
