ATOL License

Real Gap holds an ATOL License 6527 under our corporate name: Real Travel Ltd.

To acquire an ATOL license we have to undergo a very rigorous inspection from the Civil Aviation Authority.

The ATOL license guarantees and protects consumer funds for all our flight-inclusive programmes.  In the event we should we become insolvent, our customers' money would be returned. If they had already left for their trip, the trip would be guaranteed.

For customers booked onto non flight-inclusive programs, we issue an insurance certificate in their name. This certificate would repay the cost of their programme should we became insolvent and we could not deliver the travel programme that had been purchased.

Beware: Do not book with an organisation that does not offer financial protection for their clients.  Not only are these organisations breaking the law, but also you could lose all your money or remain stranded overseas.
